Charles Bur, PhD is a psychologist and certified fitness and bodybuilding professional. Expertise in strength training, natural body sculpting, intermittent fasting, weight loss, weight gain, healthy aging, goals, motivation, consultation.

But it’s not just about workouts, nutrition and calories. Those who think that way almost always fail in the long run. It is important to understand that achieving your fitness and body composition goals is 90% mental, and only 10% diet and exercise.

You must master the mental game. Transform your limiting beliefs, build self-confidence, develop mental toughness, get, and stay in a new massively energetic and productive “zone”.

It is about finding out what drives you. What holds you back. Then fixing this and finally creating the lasting change you want. Master your mind, body, and spirit to become the person you set out to be.

imageRob Amoroso has been a personal trainer and health coach for the past six years. He recently completed his college degree in Health and Wellness and is a NASM certified personal trainer and fitness nutrition specialist.

His work experience includes group exercise training for college athletes, and combine preparation for pro athlete prospects. He also has diverse individual training experience with clients ranging from over-40 adults to seniors.

In addition to exercise regimen, Rob provides sound and insightful nutritional advice and recommendations for individuals with very diverse health needs and fitness goals.
